Introducing Alpmate
A booking website and the system that runs your day, on the same data — for reservation-based adventure businesses. No subscription.
Running an adventure business means juggling things that general-purpose tools were never designed for. A booking is not just a calendar entry: it needs a guide with the right skill level, a bike in the right size, a location, and a payment that actually reconciles at the end of the month.
Most operators end up with a spreadsheet for stock, a calendar for schedules, a messaging thread for guide assignment, and an accounting tool that knows about none of it.
What Alpmate does
Alpmate keeps all of it in one place — including the part most booking systems leave to somebody else:
- A booking website, generated from the products already in your workspace and published to your own domain.
- Live availability checked at the moment a customer books, with the slot locked while they pay, so a Saturday cannot be sold twice.
- Bookings with a full lifecycle, from pending through to completed — website, phone and walk-in all landing in the same list.
- Guide assignment matched automatically on skill level, location, and availability.
- Equipment stock tracked live, decremented as bookings are confirmed.
- Payments and invoicing for customers, guides, and vendors alike, with customer payments settling directly to your own account.
- Role-scoped dashboards so a guide sees their schedule and an admin sees the business.
One system, not two that sync
The reason the website matters is that it is not a separate thing. Your published prices come from the same records your team works in, so they cannot drift apart — and a booking taken on the site is already in your booking list before you have finished reading the notification.
Built for how the work actually happens
Every role in the business gets its own view. A receptionist taking a phone booking, a vendor updating this morning's stock count, and a guide checking tomorrow's start time are three different jobs — so they get three different interfaces, not three tabs of the same admin panel.
What it costs
There is no subscription. We take 1% of the bookings you process through Alpmate, invoiced once at the end of the year, and hold a refundable security deposit agreed with you when you join. Your customers' payments go to your own account and never pass through us.
Getting started
Setup takes about two minutes: company details, your branding, an admin account, and an emailed verification code. Your workspace is ready in under a minute, with your booking site already generated from whatever you put in it.
