Alpmate never acts as an escrow intermediary. Customer payments settle directly into your own merchant accounts.
Stripe Connect Setup
To accept credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and European debit methods:
- Navigate to Settings → Payments in your Alpmate admin dashboard.
- Click Connect with Stripe.
- Log into your existing Stripe account or create a new one.
- Once authorized, webhooks are configured automatically with zero code required.
Funds collected through online bookings settle directly to your bank account on your standard Stripe payout schedule (typically daily or weekly rolling).
Swiss QR-Bill Invoicing
For operators based in Switzerland, you can enable Swiss QR-Bill generation:
- In Settings → Invoicing, enter your school's IBAN / QR-IBAN and legal address.
- Enable Reserve Now, Pay Later (QR-Bill) on your public booking site.
- When a guest books, a compliant Swiss QR-Bill PDF is generated automatically and attached to their confirmation email.
- When payment reconciles at your Swiss bank, front desk staff mark the reservation as paid with one click.
