Alpmate is multi-role by design. Rather than one admin panel with features hidden behind toggles, each role gets a dashboard built around the job that role actually does.
Admin
Full access. Manages bookings, staff, vendors, partners, customers, products, locations, payments, and settings. Sees revenue analytics across the business.
Receptionist
The front desk. Creates and manages bookings, looks after the customer database, and works the schedule. Does not see revenue analytics or company settings.
Guide
Sees their own upcoming bookings, today's schedule, monthly earnings, and invoice history. Bookings only reach a guide whose skill level matches what the booking requires.
Vendor
Supplies equipment. Sees assigned bookings, updates daily stock by category, and tracks earnings and invoices.
Partner
Refers business. Sees the bookings they referred and their own invoices.
Manager
Equivalent to Admin for day-to-day operations.
How access is enforced
Role checks run on the server. The interface hides what a role cannot use, but the API is the authority — a request for data outside a user's role is rejected regardless of what the browser asks for.
